Our Pocket Plan is designed to provide you with a streamlined, affordable approach to transforming your outdoor space.

Here’s a step-by-step overview of what you can expect from the Pocket Plan process:

1. Initial Consultation:

The Pocket Plan begins with a comprehensive on-site consultation lasting approximately 3 hours. During the first 30-45 minutes, we’ll engage in an in-depth discussion to understand your goals, preferences, and the overall vision you have for your landscape. This conversation helps us align our conceptual design with your specific needs and desires.

2. Conceptual Drawings:

Following the initial discussion, we’ll spend the remaining time developing a series of conceptual drawings. These may include, but are not limited to:

Concept Plans: Initial layout and design of your landscape.
Planting Suggestions: Suggestions for plant varieties and placements that suit your aesthetic and environmental conditions, Please note, that this is not a planting plan and can’t give you approximate numbers.
Concept Construction Details: Basic structural elements and features.
Material Suggestions: Recommendations for materials that complement your design vision.

3. Imagery and Measurements:

The drawings produced are conceptual, based on site measurements, aerial photography, and estimations made during the visit. It’s important to note that these are for visualisation purposes only and measurements should be double-checked before construction. For accurate implementation of crucial structural elements like retaining walls or shelter structures, further detailed plans and professional consultations may be required.

4. Deliverables:

By the end of the session, you’ll receive the conceptual drawings which serve as a blueprint to guide the development of your landscape. These documents provide a tangible goal and a clear direction for your project, ensuring you have a cohesive plan moving forward. You will also receive professional consultation about the opportunities and challenges you may have on your property and how you can address them. If you require assistance with the implementation of your landscape, we will also provide you with a list of trusted local contractors that we use to implement our designs.

5. Cost and Additional Services:

The standard Pocket Plan is priced at $500.00 + GST for the three hours. Should you require additional time or further detailed drawings, we offer extended services at an hourly rate of $145.00 + GST. A common extra service we provide to work alongside our Pocket Plans is a Planting Plan.
